The rental price includes rent for inventory by agreement. We can offer:

Booking terms
- The rental rate on evenings and weekends is 15% higher
- Rental rate are 50% higher on Estonian public holidays and during city-imposed quiet hours.
- The minimum booking duration is 3 hours.
- We calculate the rental period from the beginning of the room usage:
• Room preparations • Event • Aftercare time - If the event lasts longer than 30 minutes beyond planned time, there will be an additional invoice accordingly on an hourly basis
- The “daily rate” ends the event itself at night peace
- The “daily rate” applies for room usage up to 12 hours
- 50% discount on room rentals on Mondays
- 20% discount for regular clients (defined as those who have rented premises at least three times within the past 12 months)
- As a municipal institution, VAT is not added to the rental price
The rental price includes:
- Time of preparation, event and aftercare
- Use of back space for performers next to the hall
Good to know
- The building is a part of UNESCO World Heritage
- Loose flower petals and other small elements as such are forbidden
- We cannot allow any kind of fire arrangements, including candles or toss
- The night peace lasts: Sun-Thu 22:00-06:00, Fri-Sat 00:00-07:00, ex Dec 31, Feb 24, June 23
- The hall is on the 2nd floor, can be accessed by the stairs and through the Gallery
