Rovshan Nur is an Azerbaijan artist working in Estonia. His creations are loved for their recognizable individual handwriting and style, which radiates warmth, brightness and deep peace. The artist is well known to the Tallinn audience – he has previously participated in various art exhibitions both in Estonia and across the border. Rovshan has participated in several exhibitions in the USA, Azerbaijan, Russia, Sweden, Italy and Spain, and has organized self-exhibited and youth art festivals in Azerbaijan, Turkey and Estonia. He has earned many diplomas and awards.
The painting exhibition “SUMMER” is taking place in Tallinn Teachers’ House Gallery Sept 18th till Oct 18th 2020. Exhibit contains Rovshan’s new works that are created during summer 2020 in the open air. Although the summer was not easy – in some cases even depressing – the artist was able to convey the warmth and charm of Tallinn’s Old Town, flourishing gardens, the sea and other beautiful views of Estonia. Even the terrifying COVID looks at the city in sunlight. With the exhibition “SUMMER”, the artist wants to share his warmth and peace with everyone.
